The 108th commencement at the University of Arkansas–Fort Smith started May 13 with over 250 graduates from the College of Health, Education and Human Sciences. The commencement concluded with the conferral of degrees to graduates from the College of Business and Industry, the second-largest group of UAFS students consisting of more than 400 graduates. By the end of the day, nearly 1,000 Lions walked across the UAFS commencement stage. There were more than 430 graduates of UAFS's largest college, the College of Arts and Sciences.
